Customers can return items that have never been opened and get a complete refund (less shipping costs). The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Customers may receive a store credit or a refund of their payment method. 

If you want to return an opened product for in-store credit, that is possible. You will receive full credit for the item, except for any delivery expenses.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you receive a damaged product or products during shipment. We will send you a new item right away and give you a call tag to return the damaged items or goods.

Only products bought before or after the 3-month mark may be returned. After three months from the purchase date, SITE will not refund any of your purchases.
